Big Picture

Sometimes you need to take a few steps back to look at the big picture before a full understanding can be achieved that:

1. There is a problem
   
2. You are only contributing to it by following the status quo and not taking the aforementioned step back to evaluate, recognize and formulate an acceptable solution that even moderately mitigates the mistakes inherint in the existing process.
