Jen and I celebratd 20 years of marriage this November so took the family .. and four other couple friends (they paid their own way) to Curacao! We originally honeymooned in Dominican Republic, but wanted to go somewhere new so kick off the next 20 years. We stayed a the Zoetry, quieter and more secluded, and had access to the next door Dreams resort right on the beach.
Jen and I renewed our vows in a nice ceremony with our friends and kids overlooking the ocean, followed by a nice dinner reception in a private room in the resort.
We rented a van and toured the island seeing the aloe plantation,
and a walking tour of downtown Willemstad, the capital. The snorkeling right off our beach was amazing; the kids and I were in the ocean for a few hours just about every day exploring the reef and sealife. We also took a sunset catamaran on our last night there.
